This painting represents the Root Chakra, which gives us a sense of safety, security, and trust. Higher chakras can't be healed or unblocked until this one is.
I dealt with a lot of issues in my childhood and past that really clogged this one up, but with the help of my therapist, I'm working through them and putting in the work! A shitl@ad of buried emotion dredged up from the deepest realms of my psyche went into this painting.
For anyone who's ever dealt with childhood and adolescent trauma - I dedicate this one to you!
